A visit to Guayaquil is not complete without going to at least one of these six typical Ecuadorian food restaurants.


1. The Patacón- (Las Monjas y La Cuarta) in Urdesa Central. In an atmosphere of antiques, typical dishes Patacón Ecuador. Cheese boulders, boulders and mature chicharrón of baking. The natural juices are delicious with several tropical flavors like coconut, and naranjilla Soursop. Eat well here for about $ 12.


2. Ours- (Víctor Emilio Estrada y Higueras) in Central Urdesa. Has a great variety of seafood. Lobster, Shrimp Ceviche, Oysters and more coastal cuisine and green tortillas, rice and sancocho sailor. Eat well here for about $ 10 per person.


3. La Canoa en el Hotel Continental- in the Seco de Chivo, Guatita, rice mixed with meat, dried chicken, broth and sausage casuela. Eat well here for about $ 10 per person.


4. La Casa del Cangrejo-(Jiguas y Víctor Emilio Estrada) in Urdesa Central. All food on the crab. Carapace stuffing, rice mariner, crab ceviche.


5. Cevichería Sol de Manta- (Víctor Emilio Estrada y Bálsamo) in Urdesa Central. The corvina and Encebollado with patacones.


6. LA TASCA DEL SOL, 9 de Octubre y García Moreno.
